I will lead her into the wilderness and speak to her heart. It sounds like a romantic invitation, but in reality that desert was a place fo purging and restoration. The prophet is speaking to Israel, but also to each of us individually, and there the Holy One does speak to our world and to our hearts. We will receive healing and restoration. Shalom!”
