Home Health Aide, Full-Time

Our Lady of Peace Community Hospice is seeking a Home Health Aide for a full-time patient End of Life Care. Candidates must have a current Minnesota HHA or CNA license. Candidates must be CPR Certified and have reliable transportation. Previous home care experience is required. This position is benefit eligible and we reimburse for mileage. Candidates must possess a high level of team capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Salary: $16.00 to $16.50 /hour

Trained Medication Assistant, .4 FTE NIGHT SHIFT

Our Lady of Peace Home is seeking a CNA with TMA certification to fill a 0.4 FTE night shift position at our Residential Hospice Facility. The candidates must possess a high level of team capabilities and communication skills. Applicants must be comfortable and skilled with direct care for terminal patients.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of Hospice or suitable End of Life Care experience. Applicants must have current Minnesota CNA registration and TMA certification (or be willing to obtain TMA Certification within 3 months of employment). The position requires every other weekend.

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
