Kim Webster Joins Our Lady of Peace as Chief Operating Officer

St. Paul, MN – Kim Webster has joined Our Lady of Peace as Chief Operating Officer.   Kim brings 40-years in the senior health services field, with a focus on administration, healthcare, social work, marketing and food service. She has served within nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living communities, most recently as COO for an assisted living organization with eight communities in MN, IA and OH.  

Kim has a love for hospice and home care and knows personally and professionally how important hospice services are to providing dignity, respect and compassion to patients at end of life, and their loved ones. She said, “I am thrilled to be part of the Our Lady of Peace organization with such a strong heritage and mission and vision now and into the future. Hospice has a deep meaning.”

Health services organizations in Minnesota have benefited from Kim’s expertise, serving in assisted living executive director positions, and as the director of a home health and hospice agency. Kim also served as Vice President of Healthcare for A’viands foodservice, and Regional Director of Senior Living for Stuartco. Prior to joining Our Lady of Peace, she was Chief Operating Officer for Vista Prairie Senior Living Communities.

For the past 2 years, Kim has served as Vice Chair of the Our Lady of Peace Board of Directors. In addition, other communities have benefited from her leadership through Leading Age Minnesota: Chair – Elect for Leading Age District G, Chair of the Leading Age Assisted Living/Home Care LeadingAge Committee. Kim recently participated in the rulemaking phase of the new Assisted Living Licensure in Minnesota.
