Quality Care
We provide a wide range of care options—including skilled nursing, palliative care, physical therapy, post-operative care, wound care, pain and symptom management, social work, spiritual care, bereavement and grief support, music and massage therapy, volunteer services, and more.
A Team Approach
Thanks to our affiliation with OLP 21-Bed Residential Hospice, we are able to draw on many of the same coordinated resources, allowing us to provide a more seamless care experience for our patients and their loved ones—enhancing quality of life during those final days or weeks.
Specialized Care
To better serve those with dementia, our hospice staff has completed the Dementia Basics & Advanced Care Training through the Alzheimer’s Association.
