21-Bed Residential Hospice

Our Lady of Peace Residential Hospice is a welcoming place of peace and compassion. We provide care for adults with any terminal illness at our beautiful campus in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Our dedicated care teams work closely with patients and their families to develop an individualized care plan that suits their needs. Each care team consists of a physician, nurse, social worker, pastoral care director, bereavement services, and pharmacist.
