Situated on a beautiful campus, our private 21-bed Medicare-certified hospice residence provides comprehensive care in a welcoming environment. Thanks to the generosity of donors, we are uniquely positioned to offer room and board to our patients at no cost.
Our dedicated care teams work closely with patients and their families to develop an individualized care plan that suits their needs. Each care team consists of a physician, nurse, social worker, pastoral care director, bereavement services, and pharmacist.
