Our Lady of Peace is a non-profit organization providing hospice care for those in need since 1941. We have a 21-bed Residential Hospice in St. Paul Minnesota with a dedicated staff that provides care with no out of pocket cost to the patient or families for room & board and medical care.

Our Lady of Peace offers Hospice Services to those in need who are living at home, in senior communities, or long-term care facilities. Our hospice care team makes our patients’ final days, weeks, or months as peaceful and comfortable as possible, wherever you call home. We accept all insurance providers.

Recovering from an injury, illness, or surgery can present serious challenges at home. When you or your loved one requires extra assistance, we work with you and your physician to provide optimal care results in your home. We accept all insurance providers.
