Coping with the Holidays

During the Holidays, the sense of loss and mourning can be magnified for those who are grieving. We invite you to join us for our Coping with the Holidays workshop where we will share insights on how to deal with the many emotions you may feeling, and strategies for navigating through the season. A light soup supper will be served.
