Our Lady of Peace Hospice Medical Director Michael Pinchback, M.D. has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Network of Hospice & Palliative Care. MNHPC is the state’s leading network of individuals, healthcare providers, and allied organizations concerned with hospice and palliative care in Minnesota. In this director position, Dr. Pinchback will play a vital role in hospice education and advocacy and providing resources and tools for healthcare professionals in hospice and palliative care communities.
Dr. Pinchback received his M.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Medicine and graduated from residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board. He has held positions at North Memorial Clinics as a Family Physician and Physician Quality Leader, as a Geriatric Physician for Geriatric Services of Minnesota, and as Medical Director of Univita Health prior to starting his current position at Our Lady of Peace. He has been at Our Lady of Peace since 2016 and was named Chief Medical Officer in 2020. Michael enrolled in the University of St. Thomas Healthcare MBA program in 2021 and will graduate in Spring 2023.
