For eighty incredible years, Our Lady of Peace Hospice & Home Health Care has provided physical, emotional, and spiritual support for those in our community who need it most.
Our 21-bed residential hospice provides care at no cost to patients or their families. Additionally, our dedicated In-Home Hospice and Home Health Care teams bring care to patients wherever their homes may be in the community.
