The Hawthorne Dominicans ran the home until February 2009, when they turned over the facility’s operation to the Franciscan Health Community and the home’s name was changed to Our Lady of Peace.  Then in 2015, we got Medicare Certified and expanded care for any terminal diagnosis.

Children’s Hospitals contacted the home and asked if they would be willing to accept children with terminal cancer, and of course, the answer was “yes,” so that care is now lovingly being given.

This is the 45th Fundraising Dinner the Annunciation community has graciously supported!  All proceeds from this dinner will be sent to Our Lady of Peace Hospice. Please join us and show your support!
