OLP Hospice Patient Shares a Story of Love Found in Falling Leaves

Patrick King received hospice care in his home. During his time in hospice, he agreed to be interviewed for a video we were producing on the benefits of entering hospice early. The day of the interview, Patrick asked our film crew to record a story that would be played at his memorial service. He gave us permission to share this beautiful end-of-life story, and we would like to share it with you during the season of falling leaves. Patrick reminds us that when someone we love leaves the earth, they are still present.
