Capturing Memories that Heal – Addressing Memories that need our attention.
Saturday, February 24, 2018 9:00-11:00am
After the death of our loved one all is not lost; memories exist. What can we do to preserve the memories that bring us comfort? What can we do with those memories that are troublesome? This workshop will explore both aspects. Our time together will include practical suggestions as well as time for participants to share creative ideas.
Gain skills to use as you navigate your pathway through grief and remembrance.
