We can choose our friends but we cannot choose our family.

This presentation will address the complexities of the family system and healthy ways we can deal with the loss of a family member.  We will also explore how to deal with challenging family dynamics.

This presentation is hosted at Our Lady of Peace Hospice, 2076 St. Anthony Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104.  We welcome Board member, Steven Sims to facilitate!

Steve Sims began his professional career as a teacher.  After a number of years in the field of education he transitioned to health care and served as a chaplain, bereavement coordinator and eventually as a manager of Fairview Home Care and Hospice for over 20 years.  Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors of Our Lady of Peace Hospice.
