ONLINE WORKSHOP – COPING WITH THE HOLIDAYS
Holidays can be difficult after the loss of a loved one and this year is more challenging than usual. Join psychologist Nancy Slothower and Amy Cotter online to break through the isolation and learn helpful tips for minimizing stress and coping with the 2020 holidays. You will need internet access and an email account to participate in this group. Limited to 12 participants. Registration required.
