Coping with the Holidays

During the Holidays, the sense of loss and mourning can be magnified, especially those who are grieving.  We invite you to join us for our “Coping with the Holidays” seminar where  we will share insights on how to deal with the many emotions you may face during the holidays, as well as how to navigate through the season.  Refreshments will be served.
